Shipment Policy
Orders are generally shipped via Air Parcel, Air Mail, DHL, UPS or FEDERAL EXPRESS. We make shipments world wide We guarantee delivery. Delivery will generally arrive approximately 3 – 21 days after payment has been received.
Refund Policy
In ordering our unique products all customers agrees to the following terms.
We guarantee all Advanced Intelligence products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alterations.
We do not have a refund policy unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific Advanced Intelligence product page.
All products are sold as is and all sales are final. However, we do have a trade-in policy.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you must let us know in writing within 7 days after the receipt of the product that you would like to trade the product in for other products of ours with equal or greater value to the product you have purchased.
Return Shipping
It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable return mailing service. Advanced Intelligence will not be responsible for any lost return shipments.
All exchanges must be approved and a return code must be issued to the customer by Advanced Intelligence before any products are returned for exchange.
The customer must put the return code on the package and send the package back (for repair/replacement) within 30 days after receiving the return code. Pack the item well with bubble wrap. Do not use plastic bags as cushion.
For certain exchange items, size, shape and color may vary.
Legal Status of Products
It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not the distributor), to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any items listed on this web site. Consult an attorney or law enforcement professional, regarding local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law
90-351, Title 111 18 U.S.C., Section 2511.
