Shipment within U.S. will be handled by USPS, and will take in general 3-14 days to arrive the complete the order. Air Express shipping options available via FedEX/USPS, which will take 2-5 business days in general.
Other North America Regions

Canada shipments will be handled by Canada Posts, and will take in general 5-14 days to complete, air express shipping available via UPS/FedEX/DHL. 

Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa
Shipments in these regions will be handled by each country’s local post. May take 7-15 days to complete. International Air express shipping available via FedEX/DHL. A delay maybe possible based on courier schedule or unexpected global events.

Free Customs Clearance & Discreet Shipments
We will handle the Import Customs cost for most shipments under $2000 USD. In general we try to avoid labeling the item names directly to not avoid alarming the customs and our customer’s household relatives. 

Guaranteed Delivery
In rare case that the order was not delivered successfully due to reasons such as lost package during transit, or failed custom clearance. We will reship your order without any extra cost!

However we do not insure a delivered package that get stolen after it has been delivered in case of package theft, please contact your local shipping company or law enforcements.
